Role summary

  • Developed and deployed robotic and industrial automation solutions for manufacturing applications across multiple customer environments.
  • Worked across industrial robotics, machine vision, mobile robotics, controls and robotics software to connect digital and physical automation systems.
  • Supported the complete technical lifecycle from application development and validation through commissioning, production start-up and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Program and commission industrial and collaborative robots for palletizing, welding, pick-and-place, screwdriving, polishing and quality-inspection applications.
  • Configure robot tools, coordinate frames, motion sequences, I/O and application logic for automated manufacturing cells.
  • Integrate robots with PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, actuators, safety devices and external automation systems.
  • Develop and test robotic application logic and integration utilities using Python and C++.
  • Use RoboDK, ROS 2 and Webots for robot simulation, trajectory validation, offline testing and application development before deployment on physical systems.
  • Implement and troubleshoot industrial machine-vision and robotic-perception systems for guidance, inspection and part detection.
  • Integrate and support autonomous mobile robots for material-handling and intralogistics applications.
  • Perform on-site commissioning, calibration, system testing and production start-up for customer automation systems.
  • Diagnose robot motion, PLC/I/O, networking, sensors, tooling, vision, safety and software issues while providing remote and on-site technical support.

Achievements

  • Programmed and commissioned 10+ industrial and collaborative robots across production projects for customers including Toyota, Nissan, Toyoda Gosei, Beiersdorf/Nivea, Panita Foods, Valeo and Schneider Electric.
  • Developed and commissioned a production robotic palletizing application with configurable pallet patterns, frame-based positioning, vacuum handling, recovery sequences and motion safeguards.
  • Applied RoboDK, ROS 2 and Webots for simulation, trajectory validation and offline testing, validating robotic applications before deployment on physical systems.
